FlexITechs Corporate Responsibility Policy

The FlexITechs Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy plays a large role in fulfilling our Mission Statement of Making Small Business Networks FIT through managed IT services, automated backups, and the latest cybersecurity measures. 



What is Corporate Social Responsibility?

The FlexITechs Corporate Social Responsibility Policy outlines our efforts to operate in an ethical, transparent and professional manner that serves as a model to our clients, vendors and other stakesholders we meet in the operation of our business.



Scope of our CSR

This policy applies to FlexITechs in all of our dealings with our stakeholders, including clients, vendors, colleagues and the public.



FlexITechs Standards

FlexITechs intends to meet the highest standards of ethics for IT Services. We will be diligent in delivering IT services on time and on budget and be transparent in the rare event that circumstances prevent us from doing so.



Compliance and Legality

FlexITechs will:

  • Respect the law and where we disagree with the law work ethically and legally to change it
  • Comply with all regulations governing the collection and dissemination of information to our clients
  • Follow our NDAs with clients to protect all information we discover that is not in the public domain
  • Ensure that all business operations are legitimately licensed
  • Keep every partnership and collaboration open and transparent

Protecting the environment

While a small business, FlexITechs will do its small part to protect the environment by:

  • Delivering information to our clients that will help them protect the environment when applicable
  • Recycle products such as printer toner and paper that are environmentally unfriendly
  • Reduce carbon emissions by working remotely where possible to limit driving in our business

We'll ensure to the best of our ability that we:

  • Don’t risk the health and safety of our employees and community in our daily operations
  • That the information we deliver will do no harm to others

Our company may initiate and support community investment and educational programs. It can provide support to nonprofit organizations or movements to promote cultural and economic development of global and local communities.
